Rebuild & Rise follows a strategic progression designed specifically for postpartum women -- entirely customized to you.
Phase 1: Reconnect & Restore
This phase creates stability before intensity, with focus on reconnecting to your deep core and pelvic floor, as well as instilling the right breathing mechanics, posture, and alignment to set the foundation for your coming journey.
Phase 2: Build & Load
This is where you begin to feel strong --- with progressive overload and controlled load introduction. We will focus on glutes, core and upper body, as well as improving stamina and movement efficiency.
Phase 3: Rise & Perform
This is where you start feeling powerful --- through confident lifting, full-body strength integration, higher-level conditioning, and sustainable performance training.
